BILLABLE HOURS
A news report states that Special Counsel Mueller has turned over 400,000 pages of evidence, to Paul Manafort's attorney, in the matter of the latter's pending indictment. Now that's a hefty number but I have no way to grasp the concept and believe they should use another metric to help understand it. It would be helpful if they gave us, for example, estimated billable hours for the attorney(s) to examine them. That would put the number of pages in proper context.

Wonder if Manafort’s attorney is extending courtesy rates? From figures reported, our country is getting a bargain from the Mueller team.
