TRUMP THE CONSTITUTIONAL STRICT CONSTRUCTIONIIST

Trump is, openly, disgusted and, frankly frustrated by his Department of Justice and their advice as to what he can and cannot do as President.  He feels that many of their rulings are flat out unconstitutional.  He agrees that the Constitution specifically says that legislation calling for Bills of Attainder or post facto laws are prohibited, but he says that the Constitution does not prohibit Executive Orders of Attainder or issuing orders for the arrest of someone for a having committed an act after he had declared the action illegal.  If the Constitution, Trump argues, does not specifically prohibit an action, that action is permissible

As soon as Trump issues Executive Orders to arrest Hillary Clinton and Robert Mueller, the nation will be one step closer to being great again.
