OBSTINATE DEMOCRATS

Republicans are desperately signaling, to Democrats, their willingness to negotiate the new health care law.  After all, the only thing to be negotiated is the size of the tax cut for the ultra wealthy; everything else can remain the same.  Why re the Democrats being so obstinate?
