GETTING RID OF 'OBAMACARE"

After the recent Supreme Court decision, Republicans vow to get rid of Obamacare.  After all they originated the word "Obamacare" as a pejorative, and now that after spending all that time, energy and money, it has become a word of praise, they will redouble efforts to have everybody revert to its first name, "Affordable Care Act".  Republicans will show the world that they mean business!

A MAJORITY OF MINORITIES

All majorities are composed of individuals that are also in minorities.  The, so-called, White Majority, that currently is said to exist in the U.S. is made up of  people who are, at the same time, a member of a minority.  All whites are hyphenated Americans whose group is separated by ehtnic origin.  Additionally, each is a member of a political minority whether Democrat,Republican, Independent, etc.  Religion also divides all people; in short, we are a nation of minorities who get together, from time to time, to form a majority.  Therefore, bear in mind that, when a majority restricts the rights of any minority, you're next.  

HONORING THE FLAG

There may be something fitting in the fact that a group, which includes some of the poorest States of the Union, want to honor the flag of a loser.

DISCERNING INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES

In a speech, today, the Governot of South Carolina, said that the aberrant actions of a possibly deranged White Spremicist should
not tarnish the millions of other South Carolinians.  This is unlike blacks, all of whom loot stores in Ghetto neighborhoods, or Mexicans who rape our women, or all the Muslims who want to destroy us and impose Shariah Law, or, as in my time, all the Jews who, at the same time were both greedy Capitalist pigs and dirty Communists.  It is, indeed, interesting to note how  easy it is to be able to discern differences between individuals in our own group, at the same time be blind to them in some other group.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL

There are indications that the N.R.A. may change its position that, had the black clergyman in the Charleston church  been armed, the massacre would not have occurred.  It is being pointed out, to the N.R.A,, that police, on arriving at a crime scene where a black man is standing, with a gun, over the body of a white man, the former is not liable to survive the encounter.  Chances are high that any black with a weapon in hand, even a toy gun, will be dead on arrival of the police.

The new position of the N.R.A. may be that all black churches should immeditely  integrate with those, which have armed white pastors, to avoid massacres, 

INGRATITUDE

White Southerners have never forgotten that blacks turned against the Confederacy and fought on the Union side during the Civil  War.

It is this lack of gratitude, for having been allowed to be slaves , that has rankled the hearts and minds of  the sons of the Old South.
